Each year, we carefully consider your needs as ISO local lodge leaders and evaluate feedback from our past ISO conferences with a goal to continually improve this event. Our objective is to provide the best possible experience most beneficial to you, your local lodge and our union's future.

Our guest speakers, presenters and International staff have put a great deal of thought and work into preparing a substantive and enjoyable event packed with useful information and materials, and we hope you will find the sessions we've lined up helpful and valuable.

Just as important as participating in the plenary and breakout sessions, we hear every year how beneficial the networking aspect of this event is. I encourage you to take advantage of this gathering of fellow Industrial Sector leaders to meet and share ideas with as many Boilermaker brothers and sisters as you can this week.

Please know that we will have opportunities throughout this event and after its conclusion for you to share your feedback on sessions and the conference as a whole.
