Sally Wells

Sally Wells has a background in psychiatric social work and law. For the past 27 years, Wells has owned and operated a successful practice as a workplace consultant in Atlantic Canada and other parts of the globe. She specializes in workplace assessments, conflict resolution, mediation skills training, workplace mediation and facilitation, workplace harassment investigations and respectful workplace policy and education. Wells is a keynote speaker on workplace harassment, using real examples. Through these examples she teaches prevention, action and best practices. She works in private and public sector organizations and businesses, municipalities and unions.
