Jason McInnis serves as the Boilermakers’ Canadian Director of Health & Safety and is a member of Local 73 (St. John, New Brunswick). With over 28 years of experience, he has been dedicated to identifying and evaluating worksite health and safety risks to protect the well-being of Boilermakers. McInnis is an alumnus of the Harvard Trade Union Program and holds Bachelors degrees in biology and public health, as well as a master's degree in occupational hygiene from the University of Toronto. McInnis maintains several professional certifications including Registered Occupational Hygienist, a Canadian Registered Safety Professional, a Radiation Safety Officer and a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health.
