International Brotherhood of Boilermakers
Chris Browning began his railroad career in July of 2005 with CSX Transportation in Huntington, West Virginia. Browning is a member of Local Lodge 249. During his time with CSX Transportation, Browning served as a vice president, assistant local chairman and, later, as local chairman for Boilermakers Local Lodge 249 before being appointed to his present position of International Representative-ISO in 2014. To further sharpen his skills and to better serve Boilermakers working in the Railroad Division of the Industrial Sector Operations, Browning attended the Labor Arbitration Institute Conference in Chicago in 2015. He has used the skills he's learned to represent members through discipline investigations, arbitration cases and negotiating collective bargaining agreements. Browning is devoted to serving Boilermaker members to the best of his abilities, and he is honored to serve in the capacity of International Rep and to be a member of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers.
