John Mansker is Director of Railroad Lodge Services. He began his railroad career with Union Pacific Railroad in 1994 as a Boilermaker apprentice and eventually became a journeyman. Mansker served in multiple capacities with Local 66 (Little Rock, Arkansas), such as shop steward, trustee, vice local chairman and local chairman.
