Rhonda Befort

Rhonda Befort joined Boilermakers headquarters in January of 2020 as an Administrative Secretary in the International Secretary-Treasurer’s Office. In July 2021, she was appointed as Assistant to the Director of Human Resources, and in July 2022 she was appointed Assistant Director to Human Resources and Benefits Programs. In July 2023 she was appointed as Director of Human Resources where she manages the Officers & Employee’s Pension, staff support, membership reporting and Local Lodge support. Befort has also served as the Executive Assistant to the International
Secretary-Treasurer since October 2024. Prior to working at IBB, Befort was an administrator at a private school. She received her bachelor's degree (1994) and master’s degree (1995) and her doctorate degree (1998) in applied behavioral sciences from the University of Kansas.
