Kym Savage

Kym Savage is Assistant to the Director of Administrative Affairs of the International President at the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers. She originally joined the administrative staff of IBB in 2008 as an examiner in Membership Services and has since served in the Accounting Department and as an administrative secretary in the offices of the International Secretary-Treasurer and the International President. She was appointed to her current position in 2021. Savage assists with duties in the International President’s office and with Industrial Sector Operations. She also works with in-plant report processing and is the administrative assistant to the IBB Scholarship Committee. She holds an associate degree from Johnson County Community College and a bachelor’s degree in integrated studies from Washburn University. She completed the University of Wisconsin’s School for Workers Basic and Advanced Institutes in 2022. Savage is a member of Local 502 (Tacoma, Washington).
